Tantric Mantra for Rahu
ॐ कालकाय विद्महे सर्पराजाय धीमहि तन्नो राहुः प्रचोदयात्॥
Transliteration: Om Kālākāya Vidmahe Sarparājāya Dhīmahi Tanno Rāhuḥ Prachodayāt
Meaning: “We meditate on the dark-bodied one, the king of serpents. May Rahu guide and awaken our path.”

Tantric Vidhi for Rahu
- Begin during Rahu Kaal on Saturday or on Amavasya night, ideally in a cremation ground, deserted area, or Tantric altar (if accessible).
- Use a black woolen asana, facing South-West.
- Light 8 lamps using mustard oil in a circle.
- Prepare a Rahu Yantra on black paper using ash or sindoor.
- Offer items such as snake skin (if available), black urad, wine, dried meat or symbolic meat offerings, blue flowers, and iron pieces.
- Chant the mantra above 108 or 1008 times (Best if done for 11 days) using a Rudraksha or black hakik (agate) mala.
- Offer black urad dal, coconut, and blue flowers to a Rahu yantra or idol.
- Conclude with Rahu Havan using sesame, barley, and ghee as offerings.
- Optional: Do Nyasa with the mantra and offer til (sesame) into the fire.
